And she is purrrrrrring! We finally for the first time this yr left the A/C on overnight last night because it was forcast to be hot by the time we would be up and moving around. Guess what the forcast was right…by 8:30 this am it was already 80 degrees F and climbing.
Someone has given us a new kitten, she showed up last night crying at the lr door. KooKoonut found her and we let her in, however there was an uprising with the boys so we put her back outside with some water, food and a place to sleep. She looks like a cross between bligh, kookoo, and cinnamon (MIL’s kitten from the same litter) she had Bligh’s ears and paws, looks just like Kookoo in the face and has Cinnamon’s Torti coloring. I dont have a picture yet but will be taking one soon. She is a little sweety, not as cuddly as the boys at that age (appx 8 weeks) but still a sweety. We have named her Nayla after the female lion cub on Lion King because her face has the look of a lion cub
I have started my second SOS08 sock, I am using Wendy Johnson’s pattern; Toe Up Socks With a Difference using Regia Bamboo in a Rainbow Colorway. I am gonna make them short just like all my other socks with a 3in cuff. I cant wait to have them far enough along to try them on and am hoping the bamboo yarn will make for a light weight summer sock. So far I am liking the way the yarn colors are knitting up. I am also about 4 repeats shy and the toe shy of finishing the Blended Frog socks and I am already planning changes to the initial pattern to make it even more my own pattern. I am gonna try to finish the Froggie socks tonite during StarTrek TNG.
Thats all for now, Have a Nice evening and I will do my best to have some new pictures tomorrow and soon some new flower pics as well. My Glads from last yr are beginning to put up flower stalks and the new ones are growing up quickly

I will try not to be jealous. A new kitten!
