One Finished and One to go on the Soldier Socks

Warning picture heavy post!

 WooHoo!! One Ginormous sock finished!!! I plan on the socks being male size 9-10, heres hoping they will wash up to the correct size I finished it at about 10:30 last nite and will see if Brian will try it on so I can see how well it will fit him.

In flower news… I have several pics to show ya (well 4 for now anyways)

 From the top left: Grouping of 4 large Burgundy Irises, next a small grouping of Lt Blue Irises, Closeup of Burgundy iris, and a closeup of the newest Purple Iris. There are several more open or will be opening in the next week or so including some small Yellow ones and hopefully Pink and Dk Blue Irises.  I will endeavor to post more pics as the new ones start blooming.

How bout some Lazy Kitty pics?

Recognize this kitty? Yep its Bligh in his favorite sleeping position, but I must warn you…as tempting as soft fuzzy kitten bellies may be DONT PET THIS ONE! Unless of course you want to loose a Hand that is  Charlie has stolen Bligh’s spot for this pic, and as you can see she has made herself comfy.  Heres a Nuggly Bug, well… she isnt cuddling right now but is clearly in a position to be nuggled HEHE! Am pretty sure shes Purring, but one never knows with her

KooKoonut is in one of his prefered spots, the foot rest by Brian’s computer. I tried to get a pic of him sleeping like the rest of them but this guy is a camera hog and wakes up everytime I pull the camera out

Laundry is done for this week, well almost I have 1 load left to be folded and put away. The living room has been straightened up and vacuumed. My next plan is to go through all of my yarn and put patterns and yarn together ALA Turtlegirl76 on Ravelry who made  up her own sock club by matching yarn and patterns into zip bags and as soon as she finishes a pair she just picks out another bag and sets to work. I’m gonna set to printing off patterns and matching them with the yarn today and then as soon as the BBS, Jacob’s socks and 3 pair of Fuzzy feet are completed I will be in sock club heaven

Thats about all for today… As soon as I am done here am gonna go post the updated pic of the BBS to my projects on Ravelry and then get busy organizing my yarn and Pattern stash. Have a very Nice day and I’ll see ya tomorrow!
